We had a lovely time during our three-night stay, enjoying the delicious meals at the restaurant and the cozy bathroom in our room. The playroom and relaxation lounge provided great spots to unwind after a busy day. The elevator doesn't reach the third floor, so just keep that in mind if you've got heavy luggage. 😊

Had a fun trip with friends! The location is spot on for exploring, we visited the Ashmolean Museum and took a stroll around the beautiful Botanic Garden. Breakfast was hearty and satisfying. It’s a great spot if you love history and want good food close by.
The check-in process could use some improvements. It felt unnecessarily complicated and took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey.

comfortable rooms but limited amenities
The room was spacious and had all essential features, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The separate glassed-in room for private calls was a valuable addition, allowing for much-needed privacy during business discussions.
Limited amenities could be improved, as some basic services were not available on-site.
